Anyone who holidays at Villa Melitta is in search of freedom and values their independence. As a result, guests do what they like, as and when they like. They look after themselves and are completely autonomous – it’s home from home, but at the same time a holiday.
- Reserved parking space in front of the building

- Towels - these are changed by cleaning staff after a few days following consultation with guests as regards their requirements.

Check-in / check-out
Your holiday apartment is ready from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Please let us know if you are going to arrive after 21:00. On the day of departure, check-out is at 10:00. Late check-out is possible depending on availability.
For the sake of the environment, we separate our waste. We separate glass, metal, plastic, paper, organic and residual waste, the bins for which can be found in the wooden hut below the house.
An extra clean can be booked on request or requested spontaneously for a surcharge of 50 EUR. Bed linen can also be changed on request - for an extra charge of 10 EUR per person.
In Villa Melitta we have a no-smoking policy, except on the balcony.

In San Vigilio we are surrounded by mountains and natural springs meaning that the best spring water flows straight from the tap. What a great way to save on plastic!
Dogs and cats are permitted on request. Surcharge: 10 EUR per pet per day with a max. of 80 EUR per pet per stay.
The data you will communicate us when booking will be protected by a secure connection.
Your data is used only to guarantee the reservation.
Children under three years stay for free; they are not to be calculated when booking but we kindly ask you to inform us if there are any.
The cancellation does not involve penalties if made within seven days from the check-in date.
We charge a small cancellation fee of max. 20 Euros for processing the refund.
If the cancellation is made after the seven days before check-in, the amount paid upfront will be withheld.
Payment method: credit/debit card.
To confirm the reservation, a payment of 50% of the booking amount is required.
The remaining amount will be charged on the same card one day before arrival. Make sure that one day before check-in the card is valid and the balance amount is available.
