Anyone who holidays at Villa Melitta is in search of freedom and values their independence. As a result, guests do what they like, as and when they like. They look after themselves and are completely autonomous – it’s home from home, but at the same time a holiday.

Housekeeping services
During your stay, our housekeeper, Mrs. Maria, will be at your disposal to ensure a carefree stay. You can request an intermediate cleaning at the time of booking or even at short notice for a fee of 50 EUR. Upon request,she will change the bed linen for a fee of 10 EUR per person. In addition, she will wash your laundry upon request for a fee of 20 EUR per wash.

  • 1 reserved parking spot of your choice: conveniently located in front of the house or covered in the garage 450 meters away for a carefree stay.
  • Room cleaning (final clean included in the price)
  • Towels - these are changed by cleaning staff after a few days following consultation with guests as regards their requirements.
  • Bed linen – changed weekly (for stays longer than a week)
  • WiFi
  • Smart check-in with code
  • An elevator is available for our guests' convenience

Check-in / check-out
Your holiday apartment is ready from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Please let us know if you are going to arrive after 21:00. On the day of departure, check-out is at 10:00. Late check-out is possible depending on availability.

Rubbish disposal
For the sake of the environment, we separate our waste. We separate glass, metal, plastic, paper, organic and residual waste, the bins for which can be found in the wooden hut below the house.

Non-smokers welcome
In Villa Melitta we have a no-smoking policy, except on the balcony.

Drinking water
In San Vigilio we are surrounded by mountains and natural springs meaning that the best spring water flows straight from the tap. What a great way to save on plastic!

Pets
Subject to prior approval, a maximum of one pet per apartment is permitted. A daily surcharge of 15 EUR applies for each approved pet. To ensure the health of guests prone to allergies, pets are not permitted in the Plan de Corones and Lavarella apartments.

Secure booking
The data you will communicate us when booking will be protected by a secure connection.

Protected privacy
Your data is used only to guarantee the reservation.

Children
Children under three years stay for free; they are not to be calculated when booking but we kindly ask you to inform us if there are any.

Local tax 
3.20 Euros per day for guests over 14 (subject to change).

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation does not involve penalties if made within seven days from the check-in date.
We charge a small cancellation fee of max. 20 Euros for processing the refund.
If the cancellation is made after the seven days before check-in, the amount paid upfront will be withheld.

Payment method: credit/debit card.
To confirm the reservation, a payment of 50% of the booking amount is required.
The remaining amount will be charged on the same card one day before arrival. Make sure that one day before check-in the card is valid and the balance amount is available.

Guest Pass

  • Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
  • The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
  • The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
