Check-in / check-out
Your holiday apartment is ready from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Please let us know if you are going to arrive after 21:00. On the day of departure, check-out is at 10:00. Late check-out is possible depending on availability.
Rubbish disposal
For the sake of the environment, we separate our waste. We separate glass, metal, plastic, paper, organic and residual waste, the bins for which can be found in the wooden hut below the house.
Non-smokers welcome
In Villa Melitta we have a no-smoking policy, except on the balcony.

Drinking water
In San Vigilio we are surrounded by mountains and natural springs meaning that the best spring water flows straight from the tap. What a great way to save on plastic!
Pets
Subject to prior approval, a maximum of one pet per apartment is permitted. A daily surcharge of 15 EUR applies for each approved pet. To ensure the health of guests prone to allergies, pets are not permitted in the Plan de Corones and Lavarella apartments.
Parking
Each flat is equipped with one reserved parking spot. During the online check-in you will be asked to choose between an indoor spot (450 meters away) or an outdoor spot (in front of the house). Depending on availability, you have the option to reserve an extra parking space for a daily fee of 10 Euros.
Secure booking
The data you will communicate us when booking will be protected by a secure connection.
Protected privacy
Your data is used only to guarantee the reservation.
Children
Children who are under three years of age at the date of stay, stay free of charge; they should not be counted in the reservation but please inform us about their presence.
Local tax
3.20 Euros per day for guests over 14 (subject to change).
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival date, we will refund 100% of the deposit.
We charge a small cancellation fee of max. 30 Euros for processing the refund, depending on the commission applied on the upfront payment.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival date, the deposit will be retained.
We recommend considering travel insurance.
Payment methods
Credit/debit card
To confirm the reservation, a payment of 50% of the booking amount is required.
The remaining amount will be charged on the same card one day before arrival. Make sure that one day before check-in the card is valid and the balance amount is available.
Do not use virtual cards.
Bank Transfer
To definitively confirm the reservation, a payment of 50% of the booking amount is required within 5 days of the booking date and must be transferred to the following bank account: IT49T0801058550000305030765 (account holder: Villa Melitta Srl).
The remaining amount must be credited to the bank account no later than one day before arrival. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
For reservations with an arrival date within the next 10 days, payment of the total amount is required.
We recommend using instant bank transfers to ensure quick processing of payments.
Guest Pass
- Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
- The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
- The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
