The Lavarella hut in San Vigilio is in a fantastic location in the middle of the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park. Junior manager, Gábor, has been experimenting with hops and malt for a long time.

After various brewing courses and training to be a beer sommelier, he and his boss Hanspeter Frenner set up a professional brewery in the cellar. Since January 2019, beer has been served here at an altitude of 2,050m in the highest brewery in Europe: sparkling wheat beer and naturally cloudy light beer, brewed according to the German Purity Law using the crystal-clear mountain water from the Dolomites. And in addition to the beer, there are also plenty of tasty treats and traditional South Tyrolean dishes.
